Norwegian foreign policy

After a successful trip to Philadelphia to participate in Penn's model United Nations, we now need to prepare for the model NATO in February. Slippery Rock represents Norway, which should be fun. The Norwegian foreign ministry does a good job of spelling out where they stand on issues. For example, see this recent speech by the Norwegian foreign minister to an audience in South Africa.
